Executive Education for Hospitality and Tourism Leaders

Decision labs, not lectures

Six executive masterclasses in which leadership teams make real decisions about AI, data and workforce, under realistic pressure, and leave with a plan they can start the following week.

How every masterclass works

Before: a 15-minute pre-work diagnostic, so the session starts from your team's own readiness profile.

In the room: a 150-minute working session built around a three-round executive simulation and practical tools. In person or live virtual.

After: a 60-minute follow-up about 30 days later to review commitments and progress.

What you keep: the completed templates, an Excel decision tool for future decisions, and a certificate of completion for each participant.

Track 1: Hospitality Leadership

For hotel owners, asset managers, general managers and executive committees.

Who Is Accountable When the Hotel's AI Acts?

Put a name, a control and a date next to every AI system that acts on guests, rates or rosters.

AI That Pays

Separate the AI investments that will pay from the ones that only promise to.

Beyond Labor Shortages

Redesign hard-to-staff roles around tasks, job quality and a funded 90-day pilot.

Track 2: Destination & Tourism Leadership

For destination organizations, tourism boards, ministries and their partners.

Leading the Intelligent Destination

Decide where AI creates public value, how ready your institution is, and how to fund and prove it.

Smart Destinations, Public Trust

Decide whether, and on what conditions, a data-driven AI service should go live.

Building the Destination Talent Ecosystem

Agree who leads a destination-wide talent partnership, what each partner commits, and how results are measured.

Why New Era

Built for decisions. Every masterclass ends with named owners, dates and a 90-day plan, not a slide pack.

Evidence-based. Each programme draws on published research and current, dated industry data, with sources shown.

Independent. New Era does not sell, recommend or receive fees from technology vendors.

Led by a practitioner-scholar. Burcin Turkkan Zencirli, M.B.A., CHE, built and led international hospitality training and talent-mobility programmes for more than 25 years, served as World President of Skål International, and is a doctoral candidate at UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management researching AI in hospitality recruitment.

Formats

Single masterclasses for one leadership team; a three-masterclass series per track; or delivery for associations and networks to their members. A certificate pathway combining several masterclasses with an applied capstone is in development.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@newerabusinessconsulting.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We schedule each masterclass around your team's calendar rather than a fixed public timetable. Tell us your preferred timing when you request a briefing, and we will propose dates within two working days.

Every masterclass is live. Your team completes a 15-minute online diagnostic beforehand, then joins a 150-minute working session led by Burcin Turkkan Zencirli, in person or live online, followed by a 60-minute online follow-up about 30 days later. There is no self-paced version, because the value comes from your team making real decisions together.

Both. We run masterclasses for a single organization's leadership team, and we also deliver them through associations, chambers, destination organizations and other networks for their members. If you are an individual leader, request a briefing and tell us which masterclass interests you; we will let you know about upcoming sessions you can join.

Individual places in open and association-hosted sessions are $695 per person, with a minimum of 6 participants per session. For an in-company masterclass, a leadership team of up to 12 participants is $7,500. Both include the pre-work diagnostic, the live session, all templates and the Excel decision tool, a certificate of completion and the 30-day follow-up. Larger groups, multi-masterclass series and in-person delivery (which may add travel costs) are quoted in a written proposal within two working days of your briefing request.
