 B. Turkkan is a highly experienced executive with more than 25 years of proven expertise in international HR, finance, education, innovation, business strategy, and operations. She specializes in change management and has led successful governance changes in a 90-year-old organization and digital transformation and innovation projects for large organizations.

In addition to her expertise in change management, B. Turkkan is also skilled in PR and communications, as well as international business consulting for strategic growth with marketing strategies. She is the founder and CEO of New Era Business Innovation and Management Consulting, which offers various consulting services to businesses looking to succeed in today's global marketplace.

B. Turkkan and her team of internationally recognized consultants are experts in their respective fields, offering specialized services in each service line that New Era provides. 

Frederic is passionate about marketing and communications, with over 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism sphere. In the past ten years, Frederic has given over hundreds of keynotes, workshops, and training, in front of groups ranging between 10 to 1,000 participants.  He has published over 700 articles on his blog and numerous guest posts on internationally acclaimed sites such as Skift, ehotelier, HospitalyNet, and Social Media Today. As a strategic marketing consultant Frederic, working mainly with destinations, independent hotels, restaurants, and attractions alike, he is often asked to comment in mainstream media about his two areas of expertise: digital marketing and tourism.

Through the years, Frederic has produced a series of webinars regarding digital marketing and social media best practices. He is also co-authored the book « Social Media Best Practices in Travel Marketing », originally published in 2015 and re-edited in 2018. He has coached hundreds of businesses, from individuals wanting to launch their online business to big organizations with marketing departments of 30 employees or more.  Frederic is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, with conversational skills in Japanese and Portuguese.

Stephan Parent is the director of special projects for Novom Interactive, a hi-tech company specializing in creating and implementing original experiences for events and venues. Thanks to his work with multi-disciplinary teams, he is a tweaker who likes to find innovative solutions with his team of full-stack developers, artistic designers, 3D artists, techs, etc.  

His background is atypical, which could explain his original approach to his client's issues. B.A. in arts from Université Laval (Quebec City, 1987), he started his career as a clown(!?), then as an actor and stage director, and in 1992 became the executive director of Productions Episode. This interactive theater company produced more than 6000 shows in Canada, USA, and Europe. He was chosen to be the official interpreter of Samuel de Champlain for the 400th anniversary of Quebec (2008), which allowed him to promote and represent Quebec in events throughout Canada and the USA. In 2010, he became the program director of Canada's most important historical festival, Fêtes de la Nouvelle-France, and was promoted to executive director of the same festival in 2012. In 2016, he co-founded 7e SENS, a company that designs and installs video-mapping and technological installations for events and attractions.  The company merged in 2019 with Novom Networks, which then became Novom Interactive.

Stephan Parent is also an occasional columnist on the radio, a speaker, and expert content in event management for a college, and is a published novelist since 2018.
