New Era Business Innovation & Management Consulting ("New Era", "we", "us") is a consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. This notice explains what personal information we collect through newerabusinessconsulting.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions: info@newerabusinessconsulting.com.

When you request a briefing or send us a message through a website form: your name, email address and message, anything else you choose to include, such as your organization's website or an attachment, and, if you tick the box, your request to join our email list.

When you use the chat window on our site: the messages and any contact details you choose to share. The chat service is provided by our website host, GoDaddy.

When you email or call us: the information you choose to share.

When you visit the site: we do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our website host, GoDaddy, records basic visitor statistics, such as the number of visits and pages viewed, and may use essential cookies that the site needs to work and stay secure. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which processes information about your device and how you use the form to protect the site from spam and abuse.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, financial account numbers or government ID numbers, in our forms or chat.

To reply to your request or message, arrange a briefing call and prepare a proposal.

To add you to our email list, but only if you tick the box to join it.

To deliver and administer a masterclass your organization has engaged us for.

To keep the website secure and see overall visitor numbers.

To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one, and every email we send lets you opt out. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Service providers that host our website, forms and email, and that help us run the business, who may use it only to provide those services to us.

Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, when needed.

Public authorities, when the law requires it.

A successor organization if our business is reorganized or sold, which must continue to protect it under this notice.

Materials and information participants provide during a masterclass are governed by the agreement with the participant's organization.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Briefing requests, website messages and chats that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Client records: for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as legal, tax and accounting rules require.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy, correct it, delete it or stop contacting you. Email info@newerabusinessconsulting.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.

If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom: we process your information on the basis of your consent, to take steps you ask for before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business enquiries, and to meet legal obligations. You may also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing or provide your data in a portable format, and you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are in Canada: you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If you are in California: you can review and request changes to your information as described above. We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so on our site. The site therefore treats every visitor the same way, whether or not their browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

This site is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
